Wacoal Bra Complaint - Poor Quality - Wacoal Breast Cacer Specialty Bra

Review by Diney on 2010-10-09
I purchased this bra at Boston store because it was very comfortable. After only about four washings the strap and the cup, where the cup meets the strap, began coming apart. I tried to mend it and the other side began to come apart. Very disappointing quality for such an expensive bra.

Have you tried to contact Wacaol directly? Here is some information on how to contact them. Let them know what happened after only four washings.

I wear Wacoal and I would be heartbroken if that happened because they are V E R Y expensive!! Did you put the bra in the dryer? That really accelerates their demise. I have a few that are still nice after 10 years but I always pluck them out of the washer and hang them up to dry. I hope they offer some type of resolution to you.

Handwashing delicates and laying flat or hanging them up to dry greatly increases the lifespan.

Great advice, incrediblelee and ript. The dryer takes the life out of anything made of stretchy material. I always drip dry those items. I don't know if that's what happened to the OP's bra, but it's still good advice.
