Globaltelink Complaint - GTL are thieves!!!!!
Ever since I have been dealing with GTL, I have had nothing but problems and absolutely NO help from customer service. First they burn us for calls either by just simply disconnecting us or a clever little recording comes on and says I am not to use 3-way(even though I was not and never have for that matter) and disconnects us. This has happened a few times in one day on some occasions. Calling customer service got me nowhere. You can't talk to those people! All they say is "its a cell phone and we don't refund on cell phones." They also will not let me talk to a supervisor, or they claim they are the supervisor. I get bills in the mail all the time - bills! This is a prepaid service, how are they sending me bills?? And that's not all. They deduct money from my account for calls that were never made. I have been burned for at least 19 calls since Aug. 2010. The worst part is, everyone I talk to about this company and these problems says they have the same aggravation from the horrendous customer service to the missing money from accounts. I feel I have no choice but to contact the Better Business Bureau and inform them of the current situation along with the list of names of people I have found to have the same problems I have encountered. Unless my issues are reviewed and I am refunded all that I was taken for, I have no choice but to out this less than professional company and the less than quality service they claim to provide. I know I am not alone.
