Bank of America Complaint - What happened to Customers?
I have a few questions...
Why do you call customer service and want us to call you back in a few minutes when you’re not so busy at work? (We are there to answer inbound calls)
Why do you bounce check and yell at me because you were charged accordingly?
Why do you threaten to close your account when you have an average balance of $15.00?
Why do you call us to find out why your check to the cable company hasn't cleared yet? (We just cannot answer that question)
Why do call because you received less than favorable service at Walgreen’s and want us to refund you for the purchase?
What makes you think that it would be better to call your bank when you get overcharged from a restaurant, than to deal directly with them?
Why is it that you will ramble on and on and on about your question and explanation for why you wanted to ask and how you feel about the answer but then When I have to say "Thank you for choosing B.O.A., have a great evening" You must hang up on me in the middle. Are you to busy all of a sudden?
Why do customers call in yelling and screaming and then ask me what happened to customer service?
Why do you think that this yelling and name calling will make me want to give you a refund? (We have a budget for refunds and I'm not wasting it on these people, there are nice people who want refunds)
Why do you all assume we make minimum wage?
Why do you say you've been holing for 15 minutes when we can clearly see you held for 2?
Why do you call in with a lengthy explanation of why your checking account overdrew and think that it absolves you of any responsibility to pay the fees?
Why, oh why, do you think banking should be free?
