When ordering the product you will speak with a native English speaker. When you have an issue or billing problem you are directed to an outsource center in India where the reps are very hard to understand.

The reps were unable to correctly input my street address and hence the mobile device was never delivered. It has taken me several hours and multiple phone calls to finally have Cricket stop the automatic billing.
