British Airways Complaint - Worse treatment ever received
Last June my son and I were flying into Heathrow from Madrid on Iberia and had to change from Terminal 3 to Terminal 5 to catch a BA flight to Africa leaving 2 hours later. We had our Boarding Passes with assigned seats for the next leg to Africa which we had received in Madrid and of course our Passports. Upon arriving at Terminal 5, BA had set up a check the passenger harassment center where we, prior to going through security had to wait over 30 minutes prior to the next open check station. At this check station we were rudely accosted by a BA clerk who wanted to go over everything with us, where and why were we travelling, what business I was in even though this was leisure, why I was coming from Madrid when I lived in the UK and a foreign Passport and on and on and on. I tried to tell her that I was in a rush to make some important calls but she ignored me. "THEN THE B..... WENT WITHOUT ASKING OR CONSENT AND CHANGED OUR SEATS FROM TWO AISLE SEATS TO TWO SEATS RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AIRCRAFT." I advised here that I did not want or order new seats but she said go into the next line and threatened to call security. NEVER WILL I FLY BA AGAIN!!
