T-Mobile Complaint - Absolute dishonest treatment of a loyal customer
I have been a loyal customer with T mobile for 8 years and have always paid my bill on time. my family also joined after me.
a few days before my summer european trip I called them to unlock my phone to be able to buy local pre-paid sim cards and avoid roaming charges, they refused to do so because my bill was a day late!! I told them that the check has been sent 4-5 days prior and is in their system to be cashed. it didn`t get me anywhere. they told me to call T mobile 800# and unlock the phone from there, didn`t work!!
so I had to use my phone and internet on my trip and received a 995$ bill!!!
T mobile supervisor agreed to cut a 100$ off and thats it. so I ended up paying 885$ all in roaming charges because of their cruel predetory policies.
stay away from this company.
