Hit Web Design Aka Heritage Internet Complaint - Extremely bad Customer Service

The stories are too long to list. By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They want their money but will not help back up their promises. The fastest results you will get is accounts payables looking for more money or the upgrade team.

That's pretty funny to think about, a web design outfit having an upgrade team. I think that's a testament to how competitive the service has become.

I thought I was pretty savvy, but I have to admit I didn't do any background checks when I contacted this company. Luckily, I asked for my money back before signing the Terms of Service Agreement. But I was just informed it would take several months to get my down payment back! They didn't have my money for even one month when I backed out of the agreement. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can due to get my money back?
