FT. WAYNE INDIANA -- To all that currently have Centennial wireless as their provider I am currently a centennial wireless coustomer and each month when it is time to pay my bill its paid in full .. the next day my phones always seem to be turned off. For example: My bill was paid last week ... a week before the regular due date ... due date is the 11th of each month, made a payment on 10/11/10 and then they shut my phones off. In addition, I spoke with a manager and he said that I was $28 over my regular spending limit but I hadn't went over any of my features ... had to spend $28 to get phones turned back on on 10/11/10 .... two day later 10/13/10 phones were cut off again. Upon writing this I have already filed a complaint with the FCC and the BBB to investigate this company. I contacted the BBB to ask the number of complaints they had against this company and they told me that it was "468" ... Now I am just waiting for the FCC to do their investigation and my next step is to try and gather all the people that have been ripped off by Centennial wireless and file a class action lawsuit ..... THIS MUST BE STOPPED! I need everyone who feels that they have been cheated by this company to contact the FCC at their website "www.FCC. GOV" or even call 1-888-225-5322. Thank you for taking the time to read my complaint.
