Priceline.com Complaint - Worst Customer Service Ever
My Husband and I booked a travel Package through Priceline. Which included an attraction. We called the tour company the night before, and the tour company stated that they would be at the hotel to pick us up at 6 AM. My husband and I stood in the the lobby and waited. They never showed up. They asked if we could take the tour the next day. We were flying out the next day so were unable to take the tour. Priceline refuses to give us our money back. Worst customer service ever, everyone was sorry, but no one did anything about it. I will never use Priceline again...they take your money and do not care after that!
