Motion Computing Complaint - Buyer Beware! Motion Computers - Overpriced & Poor Quality

Review by newenergy on 2010-10-13
ARLINGTON, TEXAS -- I purchased a Motion Computing J3500 computer. Considering the high-cost of this computer, the overall quality of this tablet computer is severely disappointing. The pre-installed Motion Computing software has the appearance of software developed in the early 1990's. Features of the software are not intuitive, documentation is incomplete, and technical support is ill equipped to answer any questions. The mobile keyboard is flimsy, cramped and difficult to attach. Based on my experience I would discourage anyone from buying a Motion Computing tablet computer. They are extremely overpriced, poorly designed and of inferior quality. Don't be fooled by all the marketing hype on the internet. Buyers beware!

This doesn't sound "rugged" which is Motion's big selling point on this tablet.
