Jack Taylor Alexandria Toyota, VA Complaint - Jack Taylor Alexandria Toyota Beware--Killers In The Dc, Va, Md Areas
ALEXANDRIA, VIRGINIA -- On October 11th, 2010, my friend and I went to Alexandria Toyota (Jack Taylor Toyota) for service on my friend's Toyota. While the car was being serviced, we went to the dealer's lot to look at some of their cars. A sales person greeted us outside the showroom to show us their used cars and to see if we had any questions. We told him that we are looking for used car that is good on gas. He showed us several cars including Camrys, corollas, and there was a 2000 Honda accord with only 42K miles on it. The salesperson, myself and my friend were looking at the Honda accord when all of a sudden the sales person pulled me toward the Honda. I felt a very painful pinch on my left foot. I began limping and the pain was so excruciating. One of the drivers who worked for Jack Taylor was parking one of their stocked cars. This driver hit the back of my left foot and if the sales person had not pulled me to the Honda, the car could have crushed my left foot or both feet.
My friend told the driver that he hit me but did not even care. At this point my friend told me to write up an incident report with the manager who told me that he did not see anything wrong with me. My friend asked the manager if they will pay for the hospital bill since I will be going to the hospital to check it out because I was first of all, limping when I went to talk to the manager and second of all, I was in such an excruciating pain from the hit. The manager basically told me that I looked OK to him and that they will not pay for anything. At this point my friend called 911. The police and the ambulance came to the dealership, the paramedics checked me out. They said the good news was that there was not visible blood but since I am having pain, I should go the the hospital to have it checked out. My friend and I went to the hospital and I was told that it was a big bruise and that I was lucky to have my leg. So at this point, when the bill from the hospital comes I expect Jack Taylor to pick up the tab. The police said it was their fault to hit me with their car and if they refuse to pay the bill, I can sue them in court. At this point I probably can sue them for time lost and pain.
THESE PEOPLE ARE INSENSITIVE AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS MONEY. THEY ARE MORE CONCERNED ABOUT SCRATCHING THEIR CAR THAN CARING FOR A HUMAN BEING. DO NOT GO THERE TO BUY A CAR OR DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY WILL KILL YOU AND NOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT IT.
