Best Buy Complaint - Best Buy-Geek Squad
Geek Squad is the most useless group of people I have ever encountered. On 9/11/10, I got the blue screen of death. I took the computer in immediately and the motherboard was replaced and returned on 9/24/2010. When I got home, I noticed the electric plug did not go in all the way so it went back to the store on 9/25/2010. The technician was suppose to put a rush on the computer but it did not arrive back until 10/12/2010. The motherboard and CPU were replaced this time. Now the wirelss does not work. The computer is saying turn on wireless. When you turn the switch on still get the message. The computer will be going back again for service.
