Southwest Airlines Complaint - Surprises when making reservation
I was booking my flight online. After selecting the option that I wanted to buy. I was then taken to a page where they asked for information. After I puts in all the information that required. Just when after I make a purchase I got slapped in a face that my seat is unavailable. Turn around was in shock to see that my very same ticket has jumped to nearly $100 more. I called Southwest Airlines customer service I was once again got slapped in the face with a horrible rude representative who told me that "The new price I saw is the price I have to pay. If I don't like it then too bad." I asked her well I was typing in the required information which took me less than a min. Why is there a change like that. She told me "That is the system". Anyone who looking to fly with Southwest beware of this feature. I know I learned my lesson not to fly with Southwest again.
