Gevalia Coffee Complaint - Awful Customer Service - Coffee Delivery

DOVER, DELAWARE -- Gevalia keeps mailing me offers for coffee however when I reply they tell me they can't deliver to my address since it is not a legitimate address. I call and ask why how I am getting their offers in the U.S. Mail if it is not a legitimate address and they write back to the same address that the U.S. Mail doesn't deliver to that address.

Each time I call them they say they will call back within 72 hours but each time they call back it is litteraly 3 months later. The last letter I received from them (sent to my nonexistent address) gave me a phone number to call (800-343-8254) however when I called the number I received a recording that said they would call me back within 24 hours. I doubt I'll get a call within 24 hours. Even though their letter head says they are located in Dover, DE. they outsource their customer service to the Phillipines and when you talk to the Phillipines they say they have no direct contact to Deleware

Do you have a Post Office Box address? A lot of companies do their shipping by UPS, and UPS will not ship to a PO Box. That is the only reason I can think of.
