Orbitz Complaint - Never using Orbitz again! Stick to Expedia
I recently booked a package to Las Vegas for my husband and I through Orbitz. My husband was unable to come and when I arrived at the hotel they would not let me check in because it was only booked under his name even though I booked and paid for the package. I spent over an hour waiting in line to check in and then more than one more hour on hold with Orbitz. Orbitz claims it was the airline's fault. However the Las Vegas hotel told me that the only company that could straighten out the reservation was Orbitz. It was absolutely awful service and I will never, ever use Orbitz again. I have never experienced this kind of unprofessional behavior from any other online travel website.
