Wal-Mart Complaint - Terrible Store - Customer no-service for the disabled
The customer service in the store in Alamosa, CO is terrible. Being disabled, I almost always find at least one and usually two vehicles parked in the handicapped spaces without the proper handicapped placard or tag on vehicles on almost every time I shop there. I've brought this matter to the attention of management several times and have complained to Walmart's HQ in AR to no avail. Walmart just doesn't care about their disabled customer's. Their mobile scooters are usually low on a charge making them worthless to use. The sanity wipes for carts are out on most shopping visits. While trying to load a TV last week in our cart, the 3 employee's in the electronics department just watched as my wife & I struggled with it. We almost dropped it while the employee's stared in amusement. What happened to the old caring Walmart? My wife & I are now always looking for bargains @ stores like Target and Costco instead of wasting our precious funds with Walmart, as their prices seem to be on the rise. Walmart, you're losing your edge with other retailers.
