Skype Complaint - Double billing and no customer service reply

I opened an account w/ skype and add some money to call a cell phone, 3 days latter I notice a double charge to my card from skype. when tried to contact them they make it almost impossible to contact them since they do not have a phone # or customer service email posted where to email or call. Finally went to the bank and they returned my money but still waiting on Skype to contact me. 4 weeks latter!!!!!!!!!!.
