MAIL STOP 8129, ROUND ROCK,, TEXAS -- I purchased what I thought was a good product and had a good reputation. Boy, was I surprised when my computer kept crashing and I could get no help from the "technicians". Not only do they NOT speak English, they have you go through the same procedures five or six times and still nothing. Anyone that buys a Dell is seriously asking for trouble (check all the complaints online). I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and my attorney is gathering information to file suit against Dell and he has advised that it may be a Class Action suit, in light of all the negativity and complaints. Go ahead and try to get someome who speaks English! They are so insulated that it would take an act of Congress to get to any place other than India, Phillipines, Japan. One day I was on the phone with Dell technicians from 10:30 AM until 6:30 PM. Another time, I was on hold for FOUR hours. I kept getting transferred and disconnected. I am so mad and angry at this slip-shod outfit that I have had my attorney take matters into his hands because they made me a nervous wreck. I could write a book about Dell, but I think what I have written is sufficient for now. And, if you are interested in getting involved with a lawsuit, contact me.
