Supper Shuttle Complaint - Bad service and bad attitude

AFTER BOOKING SUPER SHUTTLE FROM JFK TO HOTEL SEPTEMBER 18TH 2010, THEN TO BE PICKED UP AT AIRPORT TAKEN AROUND NEW YORK FOR A TOUR THE DRIVER DROPS MY WIFE AND MYSELF OFF AT THE BEST WESTERN PRESIDENTIAL 48ST AND NOT OUR HOTEL BEST WESTERN PLAZA LONG ISLAND. WHEN I TOLD HIM IT WAS THE WRONG HOTEL HE TOLD ME TO GET A TAXI BECAUSE HE WAS NOT TAKING US BACK. HE DEMANDED OUR VOUCHER OR WE WOULD NOT GET OUR LUGGAGE HE ALSO DID NOT RING THE DEPOT TO CONFIRM THAT WE WERE RIGHT AND NOT HIM. AN AMERICAN TOLD THE DRIVER HE WAS A DISGRACE FOR TREATING AND SPEAKING TO ENGLISH PEOPLE THE WAY HE DID THE ANNOYING PART ABOUT THIS IS HE HAD BEEN ABOUT 3 BLOCKS AWAY FROM OUR HOTEL TO CROSS QUEENSBOROUGH BRIDGE INTO MANHATTEN 48ST. THEN HE WOULD HAVE HAD TO GO PAST OUR HOTEL TO GET BACK TO JFK. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE GO PAY A BIT MORE GET SATISFACTION. AND TO TOP IT ALL THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY TAXI FARE. DONT DONT DONT USE THEM.

im suprised this place is even still in business from all the negative reviews on here.

I agree they should drop you at the correct hotel (who wouldn't?), but what was it about the was he spoke that was a "disgrace"? It seems as though the nationalities of the driver and passengers was an issue, but it isn't clear.
