Permanent General Complaint - Bad Service
I had gotten rid of my car late on a Friday and tried calling to cancel my policy and their hours are only m-f from 8-5. I called first thing Monday morning to cancel my policy and they said that I could not cancel over the phone. They said I would have to email or fax a request to cancel. I emailed them as soon as I got off the phone and it said that it will take up to 2 business days for somebody to get back with me. I checked my bank statement and they had taken the money out of my account already that morning. I called them back and they said it can take up to three days after my policy gets canceled to determine if I even get my money back. These people have bad customer service and don't care about the customer.
They just care about taking your money. I will never hold another policy with them ever again.
