Hilton Hotels Complaint - Customer Service SUCKS!
ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND -- On Saturday October 23,2010 I had a reservation to stay at your Gaithersburg, Md Hilton Homewood suites. I checked into the hotel and it was the worst experience EVER! The staff member on duty that night, left a VERY BAD taste in my mouth. The comment he MADE was VERY VERY Unappreciated, he stated that “I KNOW YOU ALL ARE GOING TO MAKE A LOT OF NOISE”. He did not know us, he has never seen me or my children for that matter, to look at someone and judge them. I am not sure what type of customer service the Hilton is teaching but, it should be revisited. If someone is going to pay almost 300 a night, you have no right to judge and say what someone is going to do. To have my children stand there and witness that was unbelievable. My daughter was going to have a pajama party, with some of her friends staying. He advised me that he would come around at 10pm to check.
