Mobile Device Protection Complaint - HORRIBLE Customer Service!!

BOCA RATON, FLORIDA -- I called to cancel my insurance with this company the same day I ordered it because they didn't offer water protection. I was told this would be done the same day and it never happened. I called back to inquire about why it had not been canceled and the representative I spoke to was incredibly rude. She cut me off mid-sentence and told me there was no record of me ever having contacted the company before even though I told her I had e-mails between myself and the representative I had originally been in contact with. She gave me the brush off with another phone number to call, and was ugly from word one. What a horrible first impression. I am so insulted and I will recommend to Wirefly that they find someone else to provide insurance.

To quote from their website, MDPA "realizes the importance of excellence in customer service..." Apparently the CSR who you worked with didn't read this. Since MDPA is an accredited Better Business Bureau member, file a complaint with the local BBB about your problem and let MDPA know you took this action.
