Watch out for these guys on Ebay and do not expect a cordial response. A couple of years ago I wanted to bid on a Yamaha receiver that Cape Ann had. I asked if the unit had a remote. I received a very terse and insulting surprise that "if I was a serious audio fan, I would know that this unit did not have a remote and should not waster their time." Cordial question, rude response. I passed on bidding.

Some time earlier this year I tried to bid on another item (making sure I did not ask any questions) and found that they had BLOCKED me from bidding!!!!

Think someone over there has a serious anger management issue!

Just had the same horrible experience. Crazy...I was blocked as well for asking simple questions....Good luck....
