Eastman Kodak Company Complaint - Misleading specs - ESP 9250 all in one printer

ESP 9250 all in one printer - Complaint
Review by jeanius on 2010-10-18
ROCHESTER, NEW YORK -- Kodak's ESP 9250 all in one printer is sold with a print speed spec of 32 pages a minute. The print speed is no more than 5 pages a minute. After 2 hours with tech support and an uninstall and reinstall of the software, I was finally informed that the 32 pages per minute is only under "lab conditions." I wouldn't buy it again.

It is just like the EPA estimates of fuel mileages cited for automobiles. I have yet to see one car that got the EPA figures. IF the pages per minute is so important, buy a used NASCAR sedan. I have not the least bit of problem with the printing speed of my 3250.

I am on my second Kodak printer, as I upgraded to a wireless model. My print speed varies from around 25 ppm to 12 ppm if I am printing full color. With the lower priced ink I find it to be a great product.
