Ikea Complaint - Horrible customer service
TAMPA, FLORIDA -- This company has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I purchased a bed for my grandson, I asked for help from an associate who instructed me that it required 2 boxes, However it required 3 boxes. I called the number listed on the Tampa web page to find out you are calling Maryland. I spoke to a representative who stated the additional piece was not included. I asked to speak to a manager and was advised all calls are handled in Maryland. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was hung up on. I called back asked again for manager and was given a senior representative I advised her( Rocio) that the piece in question was part of the package as I was looking a item on the web. She advised it was not. Hard to believe you are looking at it and they are denying it. I asked who was CEO and she did not know. I am very disappointed with this company. buyer beware.
