Don McGill Toyota Complaint - Liars - New Cars

HOUSTON/KATY, TEXAS -- Don McGill Toyota enjoys lying to their customers. They will tell you something is on the car when it isn't thereby fruadulently jacking up the price.

I purchased a new vehicle there late last year, and negotiated a price. There were three add ons to the sticker price, one of which (window etchings) didn't even exist. I asked the car salesman (David Ross) what window etchings were and he pointed to something around the window. Come to find out the car had no window etchings. Additionally I was overcharged for a paint sealant by $500. To top it off, I didn't even get the deal I was promised. They bullied me, would not let me leave, and told me I was a pain. Please review their BBB record, which is horrible and unsatisfactory.

Yes they suck and lack ethics there. And so do many other Houston Toyota Dealerships. Do what I did call Toyota and complain also the ftc.gov. Plus a lot of dealerships over charge you and do repairs that are not necessary. So I finally found 1 mechanic I like and trust to work on my Toyotas.

They bullied you. They called you a pain. And you still bought from them? I guess they won.
