Priceline.com Complaint - Flight Changes
How frustrating that you purchase your round trip tickets at 10 in the morning and 2 hours later you want to make a change with your return flight for an earlier time and Price Line won't accommodate. Then why offer this on your website? How difficult can it be for the Customer Service agent to pull up your travel booking and make that change? It's not like you are cancelling altogether. Jet Blue would not accommodate either. A click of the mouse changes everything in seconds. How is it that someone nut-job with too much time on their hands can hack into computers and Customer Service agents can not carry out a simple change. It's enough to make someone scream. All I can say is on one hand technology is moving extremely fast and that is good, but on the other hand it tends to make certain things more difficult for the consumer. Don't know if I'll ever use Price Line again.
