Fuji Informative - Technical support demeaning and lousy

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS -- I purchased a digital camera and was experiencing difficulties installing the driver software and getting my computer to recognize the new device. I contacted technical support to help solve the issue. The attendant was extremely short with me, used a rude and condescending tone of voice, and constantly put me on hold for no apparent reason. He was not able to resolve my problem before their office closed at 8:00 PM, but rather than finishing the call he put me on hold again and never picked the line back up. Eventually I hung up in disgust and today I returned the digital camera to the store. I have vowed to never buy another product from this company.

Their stuff is equal to junk, buy Sony or kodak or something with a brand name
