Qwest/Direct tv Complaint - Qwest and Direct tv - tv and internet

LOVELAND, COLORADO -- WORST SERVICE EVER. they tried to charge me for installation on my TV. Finally showed up at my house after making three appointment. Had people tell me I never made an appointment or had an account. Got my TV hooked up two days ago and still doesn't work. I called the guy ten min after leaving my house and told him the TV didn't work. I have to wate a entire week to have them come back and take a 2nd day off of work. Internet just as bad. quoted me a different price then what I was told. sent me 3 motems wich I may be charged for when alls I wanted was one. Had the wrong account at the wrong address. I have been at my new place for a month and still nothing works and they are still going to make me pay for it. I crooked company. DO NOT GET THERE SEVICE ALLS IT IS, IS A HEADACHE. Waist of my time and money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
