Citizens Bank Complaint - Company needs to just go out of business already
Unfortunatley I have been banking with Citizens since I was a young teen. 15 years later I'm still with them. WHY? Time I guess gets in the way. Who wants to go through all the hassle of changing over every account, canceling checks...you all know the deal. But I think after today my day has come to say SEE YA LATER ASSH*LES!
I had linked our savings account from an outside bank to this account. Shouldnt be that hard correct? Yeah....not so much.
I was sent an email saying they would deduct a small amount from the savings in 3- 5 days and I would then have to confirm it to have everything go through correctly. Fine. 3 weeks later no transfers. 4 weeks later no transfers. 5 weeks NO TRANSFERS. SO I call. Spoke to a moron who had NO CLUE. Told me she saw deductions from my act to the other but couldn't tell me the amts. I should check again she says. SO I do. I see NOTHING. Call again. Spoke to a women who was very nice, told me there might have been an issue and she will check. She told me to go online check a certain date and I should see it. A date that was far before I ever even opened this other savings act but thats besides the point. I found it. .07 withdrawn. I go to confirm it. It tells me the act is on the DO NOT ADD list, and I need to call. HAHAHAHAHA. SO I call AGAIN. Explained my story to some guy who clearly hated life.....didn't like MY TONE he says to me. And tells me he isn't even going to let me finish my story cause I'm being loud and he is hanging up on me. AND HE DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know about you but you had to explain the SAME STORY 3 times in one day I am pretty sure your "TONE" wouldn't be plesant either. I wanted to punch this guy right in his face. Hate this bank. Hate their employees. Cant believe they are still in business. HAD TO VENT! UGH!!!!!!!!!!!
