Every single representative that I spoke with in this company during my "deferred interest" period was terrible. Most were rude and generally unhelpful. Also, if you wish to make a payment via phone, you must pay $15 to do so. They want a payment from you to be able to pay them? Really? I left this company with a great distaste for them as a whole. I recommend that no one ever uses this company in the furture. Save yourself the hassle and choose another vendor.
