Vonage Complaint - Land of the free rip off

Letter and formal compliant to the FCC
I am disputing charges for services and disconnect fees. I have been with Vonage for over 2 years total. I have had Vonage equipment problems for months. After 4 attempts to unsuccessful correct the problem with Vonage tech help, I decided to terminate Vonage and get another provider.
Vonage lines were transferred to Verizon. August 18, 2010. I received a bill from Vonage for the line. It appears Vonage has tried to keep one of the lines for future billing. The main line 999-999-9999 was not billed for. Since the other line which was a fax line 555-555-5555, and connected the same day by Verizon, Vonage is billing for a line and service that has been transferred and not theirs.
This line was not a Vonage line since Aug 18. In addition they are charging me a disconnect fee. I have had Vonage off and own since 2005 and have never been charged a disconnect fee. As much as I move around I would never take a service that charges a disconnect fee. These fees and charges are because Vonage has lost two lines and are milking me for the lost. I should not have to pay Vonage for a line they did not own. This is a rip off by Vonage.
Letter and formal compliant to the FCC and still no response since my account has been placed with a a collection agency. My next move is the media outlets and the us Attorney General. Somebody has to stop these fools.
