All Seasons Spas - Hilliard, OH Complaint - Poor Customer Service from All Seasons Spas - Hilliard, OH - VERY Disappointed
HILLIARD, OHIO -- We are SO disappointed in All Seasons Spas' service!! We shopped around for quite some time before going with All Seasons because we had read horror stories from other consumers about poor customer service from various companies. Based on the online reviews, All Seasons seemed to have the best customer service feedback and this is why we went with them. We've had nothing but trouble since then. Getting them to come out to Granville to service our spa when a brand new control panel stopped working took WEEKS to do (somehow we dropped off their list for a while and we had to keep calling them to find out what was going on), and when they did finally come they had the wrong part. It took several more weeks before they came back out to replace the control panel with the right part and now the control panel won't seal and water is getting down into the mechanics of the spa. Again I called, and the response I got was that IF someone was out in our area they'd stop by to take a look. IF?!?! I was given the same line I've been given before - "oh, we'll make a note on your file and see what we can do". That usually results in zero returned phone calls and zero results. They were glad to take our $8000 but apparently a simple replacement part on the other side of town is too much to ask. We do our homework as consumers and take others' feedback very seriously. I will tell you this: based on our current experiences, we will never buy another spa from this company again. Their sales staff is GREAT. They're friendly, informative, down-to-earth and not pushy at all. But once you've been hooked into buying one of their spas, be forewarned that you may be left out to dry.
