TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA -- I am shocked that a company this size does not honor their words. On September of this year I made reservation at your Inn in Tallahassee, Florida for two employees. I used my American Express card for your staff to hold the room; I maded these reservations via internet. Anne Dinterman and Quinton Elliott checked in on September 27, 2000 just like they were suppose to and left on September 29, 2000. At that time Ms. Dinterman paid the bill for her and Mr. Elliott with her American Express Card. To my surprise when I received my American Express Bill you had charge me for two night lodging for these employees. I contacted your manager at the inn and he assurred me that he would take care of this. I also contacted American Express and they contacted Comfort Inn in Tallahassee according to information I received from American Express noone at that located would response to their request for the information. Therefore, they are requesting payment. Provide me with a confirmation number that this issue has been resolved.
