Bob's Discount Furniture Complaint - Why is it so Hard to get Help
I have been trying to call / contact customer service for an issue with a chair I bought in Septemper 2010. I returned to the store I originally purchased the chair at, they could not help me. I called their "GoofProof' number, they said I needed to call Bob's directly. I called Bob's cusomer service number, and after waiting on the line ( a little stubbronly on my part) for the better part of 3 to 4 hours with no answer I am beginning to get just a tad upset. I have used Bob's "Ask Bob" question "customer system" to send 3 e-mails. No reply, No response. Needless to say, I won't be a returning customer to Bob's when their customer service seems so poor and I get so little satisfaction.
