Time Warner Complaint - Cannot stand it!!!! - cable
7010 AIRPORT RD, TEXAS -- This is the most jacked up technology I have ever seen. I like to watch USA Network, it just so happens that we are get screwed in the process. I cannot believe that there are still companies out there that know their product sucks so bad, and yet still does nothing to fix it.
I called the service center because my programming was skipping, it is so bad that all I want to do is throw the cable box out my two story window. I was told to reset it by unplugging it from the back for about 10-15 seconds. I was thinking that it might work, although I have done this tons of time. I did again anyway, for about 10 seconds. The only reason I am still with this company is because my apartment does not get a signal for Dish or DirecTV. SO what am I going to do, I'm moving so that I can get the signal I need to DUMP this junk cable.
I mean, it is cable, it directly connects to a box and should not have any interference. I would like to go on the record and state that there is SO much interference it is not even worth watching TV.
