Ygnition Networks Complaint - Worthless beyond imagination - Cable/Internet

Cable/Internet - Complaint
Review by jm6605 on 2010-10-26
HOUSTON, TEXAS -- Moved into my place 2 months ago and signed up for ygnition cable and Internet. From day one there was trouble. I had to wait all day for a text to come out to install because all they have is all day appointments luckily my tech came out at 430 so I didn't waste my entire day waiting on them. The bundle packages they offer is a joke!! $100 monthly for Internet that's slow and only 20 channels of good stations. I just signed up with another company for 200 channels, DVr and Internet for only $80 monthly. When I asked if they would send a box or label to return the modem they said no I would have to do all that on my own. They did tell me that they have a office 45 minutes away and I could drop there and they are opened mon-fri 8 to 430. So I get there and they are closed until 130 so now I have to wait an hour for them at the office. Hope they enjoyed my two months with them because I will never come back to ygnition!

Just make sure you document the serial number on the modem, for your own records, and that they give you actual physical paperwork, that shows you returned the modem, and who received it. Just don't hand it over to them. It's best to protect yourself, because the last thing you'll need, is for them to try and bill you for the modem down the road, saying you never returned it.

Good luck with your new service!
