Metro Factory Services Complaint - Incompetant Customer Service Ever!!

Metro Factory Services is the most "undesirable" when it comes to customer service. To begin with they put you on hold for forever and when they do answer they seem to be of little to no help and are hardly apologetic when you tell them their service SUCKS!I kept calling them for the longest to schedule a service. The guy shows up downstairs and I couldn't hear his call due to bad network. The service guy leaves immediately and updates his system that no one answered the door bell!!! That's ridiculous.. I was home..had taken a partial day from work to get this fixed... Just because I didn't answer the phone the service guy decides to leave instantly!!! It takes me another 3 continuous hours to call Metro Factory Services and speaking from managers to reps make sure the guy turns up that very day!!

Such a waste of some one's time, money and energy..they are hands down the most disgusting in taking responsibility for their act and its unfortunate that I had to do business with these kinds!!
