Rieds LLC (VA) Compliment - Great job, service and price - fantastic results

FULTON, MARYLAND -- I hired Travis Reid and his crew to prep and paint my historic 1830s farmhouse that had been really poorly prepped and painted over by the last horrible contractor. Getting dried oil paint off of a bad prep job is a LOT of work. Travis' crew put in a lot of hours grinding, sanding, filling, sanding, priming and finally, painting with two coats of Duration (a great Duron product), painted all the trim and doors. They also performed about a half a dozen fixes around the exterior of the house - replacing bad trim, shutters, etc. that were included in the price.

I was very, very happy with the results, including the schedule and of course, the total price. I had been advised to just get vinyl siding but I really didn't want that for my historic home. I had an estimate from Home Depot for vinyl siding anyway and it came in at four times the cost of the Reid estimate!

Years ago (in the 70's), I worked on a old, classic house in NW D.C. using Duron paints. Good stuff and it stood the test of time well. Good to see Duron is still around and your contractor liked it as well.
