Cricket Wireless Complaint - Horrible customer service
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA -- I had Cricket service for 8yrs and when I moved I no longer got signal for Cricket so I couldn't ever make or receive calls! I had to go with another service but I had already paid my bill for the entire month to Cricket. When I disconnected the service I asked for a credit for the amount I had just paid them beings that I didn't use there service for more then a couple days out of that month!!! They said they would give me my money back in a check in 7-10 business days, I never got it? I called back again a month later they said the credit was denied. I then got angry and had to explain to 3 different C. S. reps why I was supposed to get the credit, after the 3rd person I spoke to a mgr. she said if I sent her my bank statement showing I paid them the full amount in June they would send the money back to my bank account.. I still didn't get anything a month later! I called back today and had to tell 3 more ppl what was going on, the last person I talked with said she couldn't look up the account because its been disconnected and I would have to call another number, so again I asked to speak with a mgr. I sat on hold for 30 minutes to only get the mgr to tell me I don't get the money back! I was never notified by them that my request was denied over a month ago. Cricket sucks, I hardly ever got signal, calls always dropped, and the customer service is in some other country where you can't even understand them and half the time you have to talk to a damn recording!!!!!! I will never go back with them again!
