Bayou Auto Parts Complaint - Not Worth It! - Auto Part

ALABAMA -- I have a 1999 Range Rover, sometimes parts are hard to find. We needed a fuel pump. I got online, and in less than 10 minutes Bayou Auto Parts (in Alabama) emailed me that they had the part. I gave them all the information regarding year, engine etc. I received the part in about one week. I took (and paid) for my mechanic to install. It was not even near the correct part. I emailed them regarding the wrong part, in less than 5 seconds I received a email that stated they had the part and would be happy to send it to me??? I sent 3 more emails and each time I got email that said the part was in stock. I don't think anyone even reads emails. I called about 3 times and always had to leave message and only once someone called me back. His message was that he needed more information to send me the part? I have put in a dispute to my bank. Don't do it!
