Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Customer Service terrible
I ordered a laptop from Dell thinking that it was a great deal! I was told they would keep contact with me regarding my delivery even though the delivery date they gave me was a month away (it takes a month to put a laptop together nothing up graded or ordered different than their ad). I did not hear from them when delivery was due I called them spoke with several people trying to find out where this laptop was, I then was told they did not know when I could get this product since it was back ordered!! from where? I said I wanted to cancel after several more transfers and sitting on hold for 10 minutes I was able to cancel my order. Dell needs to quit outsourcing and start using AMERICANS and improve customer service since it is terrible. by the way all of the people I spoke to did not care that you were once again losing yet another customer. I am getting a new laptop just not a DELL.
