Marshfield Chevrolet Complaint - Incompetent repair department

MARSHFIELD, MISSOURI -- I took my 01 Suburban to Marshfield Chevrolet after it had been vandalized. Someone put antifreeze in with the transmission fluid and broke out a window stealing the owners manual, some maps and napkins. The Chevy service manual states that the torque converter must be replaced if there has been antifreeze contamination. Marshfield Chevrolet would not agree that the torque converter needed to be replaced even though the service manual stated that it did. They also tried to get me to accept my vehicle as completed when the other work they did was not done properly. After two attempts at cleaning out the glass (which they charged $75 for)they said they couldn't do a better job even though the seats, carpet and floor mats still had a lot of visible glass. There were several other issues as well. I called the Chevrolet customer service department and even after seeing the copy of the service manual and pictures I sent to them they still sided with the dealership. Their customer service is in Manila, Philippines I would have thought an American auto maker would have customer service in the USA.
