Priceline Complaint -
I do a lot of traveling and have spent a lot of money with Priceline. Com almost a month later I recive an email stating we are very sorry we have found an error in our system and we are going to recharge the card you used at this time boy that sent me over the edge by the time I got home they had done charged this fee again so I have started the process in pressing charges against Priceline.
I have emails from Priceline stating this conformations this you won't even get your room unitl the motel gets this as well. I also have bank statement showing this was in fact deducted from my funds and so I called customer service what a waist of breath them non speaking no good getting no place they hung up on me. THis was infact priceline it was there customer service that hung up on me not a third party and as i stated the money was taken and I am taking action
So I didn't call back I called my bank and going to press charges for taking money out of my bank without my freaking permission so beware don't ever use them and if you do watch you cards several times and watch for emails about this.
