Expedia.com Complaint - Customer Service
When we booked our vacation we waited to book a car rental. I chose to call at a later date to book our car rental and I was treated rudely. I was on the phone for 45 min on hold the first time then I called again and the person came back a couple of times and put me on hold again for 40 min. I don't know if I will use Expedia again due to the unfriendly attitude of their customer service.
After booking the main trip they did not care if they provided any customer service.
