MetroPCS Complaint - Metros "REFURBISH" Phones & the Attorney General in your State
FORT LAUDERDALE, FLORIDA -- The phones we have purchased from Metro PCS last less than a month or less than a year; Metro refuses to honor it's 1 Year Warranty on Phones. I believe that Metro is selling it's Customers "Refurbished" or "Reconditioned" Phones leading the Customer to believe the phone just purchased is "NEW." And when your "new" phone "freezes" your offered a "refurbished" one (if your lucky). We are in dispute with Metro again with a 5 month old $300 phone that just froze up upon deleting inbox/outbox text. A word to you the "wise" write a letter of complaint to your states Attorney General's Office (I am) so "we the people" can defeat Metro because what Metro is doing to it's Customers is not just. Remember what just happened to Verizon who had to pay out to it's Customers & that happened because the people wrote to their States Attorney General's Office. So write those letters & make a difference!
And may I add that when we went to the Metro Store to find out why the phone froze & no longer works, we were told by the Store Manager that because the phone has a few scratches the store did not have to honor the 1 Year Warranty. Metro never even turned the phone on to find out why it no longer works & why would scratches on the outside have anything to do with the inside? We are being sold "DEFECTIVE PHONES."
AND METRO YOUR DAYS ARE NUMBERED... FOR JUSTICE TO PREVAIL
