ZIMBRICK NISSAN Complaint - If you're married, watch it!

Review by WHATAWORLD on 2005-03-12
MADISON, WISCONSIN -- Bought truck from them 10/2/04. Was to be financed in both names--hubby and me. We also have a Trust. The matter just resolved 3/2/05.
Between Chase Auto and Zimbrick THEY DECIDED the FICO score was a better deal w/the hubby so they left THE WIFE off and did the paperwork in the Trust and the hubby. Chase claims that their computer can only handle 2 lines of ownership. The problem is neither bothered to tell me until 2 weeks ago. From 10/7/04 to 3/2/05 I've been aruging w/them and demanded papers be placed in both our names. I have complained to many sources. They even say we didn't lose any money in changing papers. How about 5 days worth of work and my time! Even Chase "misplaced" the corrected documents in their PDF file. We've been threatened w/repossession (payments made & on time), sent to collection for non payment, received nasty phone calls for being late all because neither of these places can do the job right and I also see discrimination against women. We're supposed to now just "forget" the whole matter. Neither even sent ONE written word of documention about the problems until just recently. That's a protection device for them. They even "left out" information in documenting on their computers, another protection device. We're thrilled beyond imagination. See Chase Manhattan Bank.

Don't be a fool. Leave your name off the thing. You won't ever be responsible for the payments that way nor will your credit score ever take a hit if the payments are late. Get smart, will ya?
