Bob's Discount Furniture Complaint - Poor Customer Service
NEW YORK -- I don't understand how this huge store still alive with such horrible customer service. First, if you plan to call and speak with a representative, I am sure you have better chances getting in touch with Bin Laden! Expect to be on hold and hold and hold for over 20 minutes. After such a long wait on hold you finally get to speak with someone who's most likely RUDE and completely helpless and incompetent! Staff for this company should receive customer service training and learn how to talk to the people who spend LOTS of money on this stores. The phone menu makes it nearly impossible for the caller to get their issue addressed. Very sad and disappointed. At the store itself, not much difference... Sales associates treat you all nice, once the purchase is made your face is forgotten....
I have no complaints about the products yet, however the customer service they provide to the public is THE WORST!
Too bad the Bob himself doesn't get to read these reviews and realize how bad their staff is doing to their own business.
