Everest Software Complaint - Everest Software support is not what they advertise

6011 WEST COURTYARD DRIVE, TEXAS -- I signed up for Everest Software support in December of 2009. To the tune of $5,700.00 a year. I was led to believe that anytime I needed help they were there. I was getting was I paid for because when there were updates that was included in this cost. The reality of it is, 90% of the time I need support it falls "outside their normal support" and I end up paying and additional $190.00 an hour for their time. Updates mean, I need to figure out when there's a new version and figure out how to do it myself.

I've contacted Everest to terminate my agreement and they're not going to have it. I should feel privileged that I can get into their maintenance if I'd like. If I need additional help that's going to cost me$190.00 an hour.

Beware if you decide to use Everest, read the fine print! I didn't and it's going to cost me another $11,400.00 before I can get out of the contract. Knowing that, and knowing that I basically have no support is just maddening.

I'd love to hear from Everest users that are truly happy with the support they're paying for.
