Target Complaint - Poor customer service
DALLAS, TEXAS -- Dear Target,
I was reminded yesterday, why I don't shop at your stores. I accompanied my daughter to your store to return a purchase. At your so called "customer service" desk, the clerk questioned the return and asked ME, not to give her "attitude". Yes, I told your store mgr. before we left, who apologized, but still, no reason for such behavior.
O.K., let me elaborate. We were returning a duvet that was paid for by cash and for which I had a receipt. Since my daughter was carrying the bag and she handed the duvet and receipt over to the clerk, she was asked for an I.D., which my daughter wasn't carrying at the time. I offered my I.D. repeatedly, but the clerk kept asking for my daughter's. When I told the clerk that it was my purchase and my receipt, that's when she said " she handed it to me, and don't give me attitude."
